Some Massachusetts municipalities require a Health Department representative to be present during the inspection. We handle all scheduling coordination with your town's Health Department — just let us know your town when you book. Any witness fee charged by the town is billed to you at cost, in addition to our base inspection price. Fees vary by town and are confirmed at the time of scheduling.
